Transliteration

And wa-yōʾmer YHWH unto-mōsheh kətōb this zikkārôn in-the-sēper and-wəśîm in-ʾoznê yəhôshûaʿ that-māḥōh ʾemḥeh ʾet-zēker ʿămālēq from-under the-shāmāyim.
