Ps 72:1-9 : 1 A Psalme of Salomon. Giue thy iudgements to the King, O God, and thy righteousnesse to the Kings sonne. 2 Then shal he iudge thy people in righteousnesse, and thy poore with equitie. 3 The mountaines & the hilles shall bring peace to the people by iustice. 4 He shall iudge the poore of the people: he shall saue the children of the needie, and shal subdue the oppressor. 5 They shall feare thee as long as the sunne and moone endureth, fro generatio to generation. 6 He shall come downe like the rayne vpon the mowen grasse, and as the showres that water the earth. 7 In his dayes shall the righteous florish, and abundance of peace shalbe so long as the moone endureth. 8 His dominion shall be also from sea to sea, and from the Riuer vnto the endes of the land. 9 They that dwell in ye wildernes, shall kneele before him, and his enemies shall licke the dust. 10 The Kings of Tarshish & of the yles shall bring presents: the Kings of Sheba and Seba shall bring giftes. 11 Yea, all Kings shal worship him: all nations shall serue him. 12 For he shall deliuer the poore when he cryeth: the needie also, and him that hath no helper. 13 He shalbe mercifull to the poore and needie, and shall preserue the soules of the poore. 14 He shall redeeme their soules from deceite and violence, and deare shall their blood be in his sight. 15 Yea, he shall liue, and vnto him shall they giue of the golde of Sheba: they shall also pray for him continually, and dayly blesse him. 16 An handfull of corne shall be sowen in the earth, euen in the toppe of the mountaines, and the fruite thereof shall shake like the trees of Lebanon: and the children shall florish out of the citie like the grasse of the earth. 17 His name shall be for euer: his name shall indure as long as the sunne: all nations shall blesse him, and be blessed in him. 18 Blessed be the Lorde God, euen the God of Israel, which onely doeth wonderous things. 19 And blessed be his glorious Name for euer: and let all the earth be filled with his glorie. Ps 93:1-2 : 1 The Lord reigneth, and is clothed with maiestie: the Lorde is clothed, and girded with power: the world also shall be established, that it cannot be mooued. 2 Thy throne is established of olde: thou art from euerlasting.
Ps 96:10-97:12 : 10 Say among the nations, The Lorde reigneth: surely the world shalbe stable, & not moue, and he shall iudge the people in righteousnesse. 11 Let the heauens reioyce, and let the earth be glad: let the sea roare, and all that therein is. 12 Let the field be ioyfull, and all that is in it: let all the trees of the wood then reioyce 13 Before the Lord: for he commeth, for he cometh to iudge the earth: he wil iudge the world with righteousnes, and the people in his trueth. 1 The Lord reigneth: let the earth reioyce: let the multitude of the yles be glad. 2 Cloudes and darkenes are round about him: righteousnesse and iudgement are the foundation of his throne. 3 There shall goe a fire before him, & burne vp his enemies round about. 4 His lightnings gaue light vnto the worlde: the earth sawe it and was afraide. 5 The mountaines melted like waxe at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. 6 The heauens declare his righteousnes, and all the people see his glory. 7 Confounded be all they that serue grauen images, and that glory in idoles: worship him all ye gods. 8 Zion heard of it, and was glad: and the daughters of Iudah reioyced, because of thy iudgements, O Lord. 9 For thou, Lorde, art most High aboue all the earth: thou art much exalted aboue all gods. 10 Ye that loue the Lord, hate euill: he preserueth the soules of his Saints: hee will deliuer them from the hand of the wicked. 11 Light is sowen for the righteous, and ioy for the vpright in heart. 12 Reioyce ye righteous in the Lord, and giue thankes for his holy remembrance.
Ps 99:1-4 : 1 The Lord reigneth, let the people tremble: he sitteth betweene the Cherubims, let the earth be moued. 2 The Lord is great in Zion, and he is high aboue all the people. 3 They shall prayse thy great and fearefull Name (for it is holy) 4 And the Kings power, that loueth iudgement: for thou hast prepared equitie: thou hast executed iudgement and iustice in Iaakob.
Isa 9:6-7 : 6 For vnto vs a childe is borne, and vnto vs a Sonne is giuen: and the gouernement is vpon his shoulder, and he shall call his name Wonderfull, Counseller, The mightie God, The euerlasting Father, The prince of peace, 7 The increase of his gouernement & peace shall haue none end: he shall sit vpon the throne of Dauid, and vpon his kingdome, to order it, and to stablish it with iudgement and with iustice, from hencefoorth, euen for euer: the zeale of the Lord of hostes will performe this.
Isa 24:23 : 23 Then the moone shal be abashed, and the sunne ashamed, when the Lorde of hostes shall reigne in mount Zion and in Ierusalem: and glory shalbe before his ancient men.
Isa 33:21-22 : 21 For surely there the mightie Lorde will be vnto vs, as a place of floods and broade riuers, whereby shall passe no shippe with oares, neither shall great shippe passe thereby. 22 For the Lorde is our Iudge, the Lord is our lawe giuer: the Lord is our King, he will saue vs.
Dan 7:13-14 : 13 As I behelde in visions by night, behold, one like the sonne of man came in the cloudes of heauen, and approched vnto the Ancient of dayes, and they brought him before him. 14 And he gaue him dominion, and honour, and a kingdome, that all people, nations and languages should serue him: his dominion is an euerlasting dominion, which shall neuer bee taken away: and his kingdome shall neuer be destroyed.
Zech 9:9 : 9 Reioyce greatly, O daughter Zion: shoute for ioy, O daughter Ierusalem: beholde, thy King commeth vnto thee: he is iust and saued himselfe, poore and riding vpon an asse, and vpon a colt the foale of an asse.
Matt 6:13 : 13 And leade vs not into tentation, but deliuer vs from euill: for thine is the kingdome, and the power, and the glorie for euer. Amen.
Mark 11:9-9 : 9 And they that went before, and they that folowed, cryed, saying, Hosanna: blessed be hee that commeth in the Name of the Lord. 10 Blessed be the kingdome that commeth in the Name of the Lorde of our father Dauid: Hosanna, O thou which art in the highest heauens.
Rev 5:12-13 : 12 Saying with a loude voice, Worthie is the Lambe that was killed to receiue power, & riches, & wisdome, & strength, & honour, & glory, and praise. 13 And al the creatures which are in heauen, and on the earth, and vnder the earth, and in the sea, and al that are in them, heard I, saying, Praise, & honour, and glory, and power be vnto him, that sitteth vpon the throne, and vnto the Lambe for euermore.
Rev 11:15-17 : 15 And the seuenth Angell blewe the trumpet, and there were great voyces in heauen, saying, The kingdomes of this worlde are our Lordes, and his Christes, and he shall reigne for euermore. 16 Then the foure and twentie Elders, which sate before God on their seates, fell vpon their faces, and worshipped God, 17 Saying, We giue thee thankes, Lorde God almightie, Which art, and Which wast, and Which art to come: for thou hast receiued thy great might, and hast obteined thy kingdome.
