  • 9Who [is] wise, and he shall understand these [things]? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD [are] right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.

  • 7But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee:

  • 8¶ For enquire, I pray thee, of the former age, and prepare thyself to the search of their fathers:

  • 1¶ And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; [Is it] not for you to know judgment?

  • 22For my people [is] foolish, they have not known me; they [are] sottish children, and they have none understanding: they [are] wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

  • 12If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider [it]? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth [not] he know [it]? and shall [not] he render to [every] man according to his works?

  • 4Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth?

  • 17And when he had lifted up his eyes, he saw a wayfaring man in the street of the city: and the old man said, Whither goest thou? and whence comest thou?

  • 12But where shall wisdom be found? and where [is] the place of understanding?

  • 5They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
