4Therefore I said, Surely these [are] poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD, [nor] the judgment of their God.
5Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.

19¶ And when the LORD saw [it], he abhorred [them], because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.
10¶ Thus saith the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD doth not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.
32For all this they sinned still, and believed not for his wondrous works.
