So they hurried him out of there. Indeed, he also hurried to leave, because the LORD had struck him. 21 King Uzziah was a leper until the day of his death. He lived in a separate house, being a leper, for he was cut off from the house of the LORD. Jotham his son was in charge of the palace, governing the people of the land.
