35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing, and He does according to His will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay His hand, or say to Him, What are you doing?
36 At the same time, my reason returned to me; and for the glory of my kingdom, my honor and brightness returned to me; and my counselors and my lords sought me out; and I was reestablished in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added to me.
14 He cried aloud, and said this, 'Cut down the tree, and cut off its branches, shake off its leaves, and scatter its fruit; let the beasts get away from under it, and the birds from its branches.
15 Nevertheless leave the stump of its roots in the earth, bound with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth.
16 Let his heart be changed from man's, and let a beast's heart be given to him; and let seven times pass over him.

18 This dream I, King Nebuchadnezzar, have seen. Now you, O Belteshazzar, declare its interpretation, since all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known to me the interpretation; but you are able, for the spirit of the holy gods is in you.
27 Therefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable to you, and break off your sins by righteousness and your iniquities by showing mercy to the poor, if it may be a lengthening of your tranquility.
28 All this came upon King Nebuchadnezzar.
21 Then he was driven from the sons of men; his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild donkeys. They fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till he knew that the Most High God rules in the kingdom of men, and that He appoints over it whomever He chooses.
22 And you his son, O Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, though you knew all this.

29 As for you, O king, your thoughts came into your mind upon your bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he who reveals secrets makes known to you what shall come to pass.
10 These were the visions of my head upon my bed: I saw, and behold, a tree in the midst of the earth, and its height was great.
11 The tree grew and was strong, and its height reached unto heaven, and its sight to the end of all the earth.
14 And there was given to him dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages should serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
18 O king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar your father a kingdom, majesty, glory, and honor.
19 And because of the majesty that he gave him, all peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him; whomever he wished, he executed; whomever he wished, he kept alive; whomever he wished, he set up; and whomever he wished, he put down.
26 I make a decree, that in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and steadfast forever, and his kingdom that shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be until the end.
22 Now that horn being broken, and four stood up in its place, four kingdoms shall arise out of the nation, but not with his power.
23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors have reached their full measure, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall arise.
23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
18 But the saints of the Most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.
