7 And afterward, says the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and those who are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their lives, and he shall strike them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, nor have pity, nor have mercy.
8 The Chaldeans burned the king’s house and the houses of the people with fire and broke down the walls of Jerusalem.
28 Therefore thus says the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:
8 And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation I will punish, says the LORD, with the sword, and with famine, and with pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.
13 The word that the LORD spoke to Jeremiah the prophet, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon would come and strike the land of Egypt.
9 Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, says the LORD, and Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant, and will bring them against this land, and against its inhabitants, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, a hissing, and perpetual desolations.
