The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“I will disguise myself and then enter into the battle, but you wear your royal robes.” So the king of Israel disguised himself and then entered into the battle.

וַיֹּאמֶר֩ מֶ֨לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל אֶל־יְהוֹשָׁפָ֗ט הִתְחַפֵּשׂ֙ וָבֹ֣א בַמִּלְחָמָ֔ה וְאַתָּ֖ה לְבַ֣שׁ בְּגָדֶ֑יךָ וַיִּתְחַפֵּשׂ֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיָּב֖וֹא בַּמִּלְחָמָֽה׃

Transliteration

wə-yōʾmer melek Yiśrāʾēl to-Yəhôšāp̄āṭ, hitḥappēś wā-b̄ōʾ in-the-milḥāmâ, and-you ləb̄aš bəg̱ādêkā. wə-yitḥappēś melek Yiśrāʾēl wə-yāb̄ôʾ in-the-milḥāmâ.
