13David said to him,“To whom do you belong, and where are you from?” The young man said,“I am an Egyptian, the servant of an Amalekite man. My master abandoned me when I was ill for three days.
31When David’s words were overheard and reported to Saul, he called for him.
14Achish said to his servants,“Look at this madman! Why did you bring him to me?
8David said to Ahimelech,“Is there no sword or spear here at your disposal? I don’t have my own sword or equipment in hand due to the urgency of the king’s instructions.”
