7“So now the LORD God of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, asks,‘Why will you do such great harm to yourselves? Why should every man, woman, child, and baby of yours be destroyed from the midst of Judah? Why should you leave yourselves without a remnant?
28“As for you, son of man, prophesy and say,‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says concerning the Ammonites and their coming humiliation; say:“‘A sword, a sword drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning–
14And I will smash them like wine bottles against one another, children and parents alike. I will not show any pity, mercy, or compassion. Nothing will keep me from destroying them,’ says the LORD.”
3For I, the LORD, tell you what will happen to the children who are born here in this land and to the men and women who are their mothers and fathers.
18Their arrows will cut young men to ribbons; they have no compassion on a person’s offspring, they will not look with pity on children.

12Hazael asked,“Why are you crying, my master?” He replied,“Because I know the trouble you will cause the Israelites. You will set fire to their fortresses, kill their young men with the sword, smash their children to bits, and rip open their pregnant women.”
8So put on sackcloth! Mourn and wail, saying,‘The fierce anger of the LORD has not turned away from us!’”
6Indeed, I will no longer have compassion on the people of the land,” says the LORD,“but instead I will turn every last person over to his neighbor and his king. They will devastate the land, and I will not deliver it from them.”
21all the people of Edom, Moab, Ammon;
4Even when their enemies drive them into captivity, from there I will command the sword to kill them. I will not let them out of my sight; they will experience disaster, not prosperity.”
