  • 26But the LORD was angry at me because of you and would not listen to me. Instead, he said to me,“Enough of that! Do not speak to me anymore about this matter.

  • 20but a whole month, until it comes out your nostrils and makes you sick, because you have despised the LORD who is among you and have wept before him, saying,“Why did we ever come out of Egypt?”’”

  • 20Just like the nations the LORD is about to destroy from your sight, so he will do to you because you would not obey him.

  • 7So, now the LORD says,‘You have not listened to me. But you have made me angry by the things that you have done. Thus you have brought harm on yourselves.’

  • 13But since you abandoned me and worshiped other gods, I will not deliver you again.

  • 12This happened because they did not obey the LORD their God and broke his covenant with them. They did not pay attention to and obey all that Moses, the LORD’s servant, had commanded.

  • 21This day I have told you what he said. But you do not want to obey the LORD your God by doing what he sent me to tell you.

  • 17I struck all the products of your labor with blight, disease, and hail, and yet you brought nothing to me,’ says the LORD.

  • 5But the people of Jerusalem and Judah would not listen or pay any attention. They would not stop the wickedness they were doing nor quit sacrificing to other gods.

  • 10Now the Ammonites, Moabites, and men from Mount Seir are coming! When Israel came from the land of Egypt, you did not allow them to invade these lands. They bypassed them and did not destroy them.

  • 13The first time you did not carry it; that is why the LORD God attacked us, because we did not ask him about the proper way to carry it.”

  • 21So he cried out to the prophet who had come from Judah,“This is what the LORD has said,‘You have rebelled against the LORD’s instruction and have not obeyed the command the LORD your God gave you.

  • 16“But as for you, Jeremiah, do not pray for these people! Do not raise a cry of prayer for them! Do not plead with me to save them, because I will not listen to you.

  • 27because they have turned away from following him, and have not understood any of his ways,

  • 13The people did not return to the one who struck them, they did not seek reconciliation with the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.
