1Three Special Visitors The LORD appeared to Abraham by the oaks of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent during the hottest time of the day.
3He said,“My lord, if I have found favor in your sight, do not pass by and leave your servant.

8Abraham then took some curds and milk, along with the calf that had been prepared, and placed the food before them. They ate while he was standing near them under a tree.
9Then they asked him,“Where is Sarah your wife?” He replied,“There, in the tent.”

3“As you continue on from there, you will come to the tall tree of Tabor. At that point three men who are going up to God at Bethel will meet you. One of them will be carrying three young goats, one of them will be carrying three round loaves of bread, and one of them will be carrying a container of wine.
2So he replied,“Brothers and fathers, listen to me. The God of glory appeared to our forefather Abraham when he was in Mesopotamia, before he settled in Haran,
11But the LORD’s angel called to him from heaven,“Abraham! Abraham!”“Here I am!” he answered.
14After Lot had departed, the LORD said to Abram,“Look from the place where you stand to the north, south, east, and west.
12So Joseph moved them from Israel’s knees and bowed down with his face to the ground.
4When the LORD saw that he had turned aside to look, God called to him from within the bush and said,“Moses, Moses!” And Moses said,“Here I am.”
5When Esau looked up and saw the women and the children, he asked,“Who are these people with you?” Jacob replied,“The children whom God has graciously given your servant.”

19Your servant has found favor with you, and you have shown me great kindness by sparing my life. But I am not able to escape to the mountains because this disaster will overtake me and I’ll die.
24The LORD appeared to him that night and said,“I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I will bless you and multiply your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham.”
