3For I, the LORD, affirm that the time will come when I will reverse the plight of my people, Israel and Judah,’ says the LORD.‘I will bring them back to the land I gave their ancestors and they will take possession of it once again.’”
9I will deal with the people and priests together: I will punish them both for their ways, and I will repay them for their deeds.
26Then people will come here from the towns in Judah, from the villages surrounding Jerusalem, from the territory of Benjamin, from the foothills, from the southern hill country, and from the southern part of Judah. 1Provision for Priests and Levites The Levitical priests– indeed, the entire tribe of Levi– will have no allotment or inheritance with Israel; they may eat the burnt offerings of the LORD and of his inheritance.
