9But if you show prejudice, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as violators.

8But now, put off all such things as anger, rage, malice, slander, abusive language from your mouth.
8You have despised my holy things and desecrated my Sabbaths!
10Do not slander a servant to his master, lest he curse you, and you are found guilty.
14Bless those who persecute you, bless and do not curse.
