The LORD said to me,“Announce all the following words in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem:‘Listen to the terms of my covenant with you and carry them out!

  • 11So now, tell the people of Judah and the citizens of Jerusalem this: The LORD says,‘I am preparing to bring disaster on you! I am making plans to punish you. So, every one of you, stop the evil things you have been doing. Correct the way you have been living and do what is right.’

  • 23I also explicitly commanded them:“Obey me. If you do, I will be your God and you will be my people. Live exactly the way I tell you and things will go well with you.”

  • 11So keep the commandments, statutes, and ordinances that I today am commanding you to do.

  • 2“Get a scroll. Write on it everything I have told you to say about Israel, Judah, and all the other nations since I began to speak to you in the reign of Josiah until now.

  • 31“Indeed, a time is coming,” says the LORD,“when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah.

  • 11The Lord Encourages Isaiah Indeed this is what the LORD told me quite forcefully. He warned me not to act like these people:

  • 5But, if you do not obey these commands, I solemnly swear that this palace will become a pile of rubble. I, the LORD, affirm it!”
