Immediately a rooster crowed a second time. Then Peter remembered what Jesus had said to him:“Before a rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times.” And he broke down and wept.

    61 Then the Lord turned and looked straight at Peter, and Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said to him,“Before a rooster crows today, you will deny me three times.”

    25 Peter’s Second and Third Denials Meanwhile Simon Peter was standing in the courtyard warming himself. They said to him,“You aren’t one of his disciples too, are you?” Peter denied it:“I am not!”

    67 When she saw Peter warming himself, she looked directly at him and said,“You also were with that Nazarene, Jesus.”
