6 I will be standing before you there on the rock in Horeb, and you will strike the rock, and water will come out of it so that the people may drink.” And Moses did so in plain view of the elders of Israel.
8 So we turned away from our relatives the descendants of Esau, the inhabitants of Seir, turning from the route of the rift valley which comes up from Elat and Ezion Geber, and traveling the way of the wilderness of Moab.
19 We have enough straw and grain for our donkeys, and there is enough food and wine for me, your female servant, and the young man who is with your servants. We lack nothing.”
20 The old man said,“Everything is just fine! I will take care of all your needs. But don’t spend the night in the town square.”

12 But his master said to him,“We should not stop at a foreign city where non-Israelites live. We will travel on to Gibeah.”

32 And if you come with us, it is certain that whatever good things the LORD will favor us with, we will share with you as well.”
