11Woe to them! For they have traveled down Cain’s path, and because of greed have abandoned themselves to Balaam’s error; hence, they will certainly perish in Korah’s rebellion.
17Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who create dissensions and obstacles contrary to the teaching that you learned. Avoid them!
18For these are the kind who do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By their smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of the naive.

13For those who are circumcised do not obey the law themselves, but they want you to be circumcised so that they can boast about your flesh.
28For a person is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision something that is outward in the flesh,

11For we hear that some among you are living an undisciplined life, not doing their own work but meddling in the work of others.

12I wish those agitators would go so far as to castrate themselves!
13But evil people and charlatans will go from bad to worse, deceiving others and being deceived themselves.
15Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ from envy and rivalry, but others from goodwill.
16The latter do so from love because they know that I am placed here for the defense of the gospel.
13For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.
22But be sure you live out the message and do not merely listen to it and so deceive yourselves.
4So they are astonished when you do not rush with them into the same flood of wickedness, and they vilify you.
