20 He said, "You cannot see my face, for man may not see me and live."
21 Yahweh also said, "Behold, there is a place by me, and you shall stand on the rock.
22 It will happen, while my glory passes by, that I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and will cover you with my hand until I have passed by;
23 then I will take away my hand, and you will see my back; but my face shall not be seen."

17 Now please let the power of the Lord be great, according as you have spoken, saying,
6 Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the door of the tent of meeting, and fell on their faces: and the glory of Yahweh appeared to them.

9 He said, "If now I have found favor in your sight, Lord, please let the Lord go in the midst of us; although this is a stiff-necked people; pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance."

32 'I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.' Moses trembled, and dared not look.
25 Please let me go over and see the good land that is beyond the Jordan, that goodly mountain, and Lebanon.
13 Moses said to Yahweh, Then the Egyptians will hear it; for you brought up this people in your might from among them;
15 If you deal thus with me, please kill me out of hand, if I have found favor in your sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.
3 and said, "My lord, if now I have found favor in your sight, please don't go away from your servant.
4 Show me your ways, Yahweh. Teach me your paths.
15 Moses spoke to Yahweh, saying,
16 according to all that you desired of Yahweh your God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of Yahweh my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I not die.
