4Tell those who are of a fearful heart, Be strong, don't be afraid: behold, your God will come [with] vengeance, [with] the recompense of God; he will come and save you.

27[I am the] first [who says] to Zion, Behold, behold them; and I will give to Jerusalem one who brings good news.
