18They don't know, neither do they consider: for he has shut their eyes, that they can't see; and their hearts, that they can't understand.
37He will say, Where are their gods, The rock in which they took refuge;

3They bend their tongue, [as it were] their bow, for falsehood; and they are grown strong in the land, but not for truth: for they proceed from evil to evil, and they don't know me, says Yahweh.
5Because they don't regard the works of Yahweh, Nor the operation of his hands, He will break them down and not build them up.

7I said, "Just fear me. Receive correction, so that her dwelling won't be cut off, according to all that I have appointed concerning her." But they rose early and corrupted all their doings.
12They have denied Yahweh, and said, It is not he; neither shall evil come on us; neither shall we see sword nor famine:
7Yet you have not listened to me, says Yahweh; that you may provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own hurt.
