2the children of Gad and the children of Reuben came and spoke to Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and to the princes of the congregation, saying,
22Only on this condition will the men consent to us to dwell with us, to become one people, if every male among us be circumcised, as they are circumcised.
23Won't their cattle and their substance and all their animals be ours? Only let us give our consent to them, and they will dwell with us."

5and I, and all the people who are with me, will approach to the city. It shall happen, when they come out against us, as at the first, that we will flee before them;

31He said, Don't leave us, please; because you know how we are to encamp in the wilderness, and you shall be to us instead of eyes.
32It shall be, if you go with us, yes, it shall be, that whatever good Yahweh shall do to us, the same will we do to you.
13Jacob said to him, "My lord knows that the children are tender, and that the flocks and herds with me have their young, and if they overdrive them one day, all the flocks will die.
35only the cattle we took for a prey to ourselves, with the spoil of the cities which we had taken.
10It shall be, when Yahweh your God shall bring you into the land which he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give you, great and goodly cities, which you didn't build,
8If Yahweh delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it to us; a land which flows with milk and honey.
10Come, let us deal wisely with them, lest they multiply, and it happen that when any war breaks out, they also join themselves to our enemies, and fight against us, and escape out of the land."
10You shall dwell with us: and the land will be before you. Live and trade in it, and get possessions in it."
39Moreover your little ones, whom you said should be a prey, and your children, who this day have no knowledge of good or evil, they shall go in there, and to them will I give it, and they shall possess it.
20Moses said to them, If you will do this thing, if you will arm yourselves to go before Yahweh to the war,
3Shepherds with their flocks shall come to her; they shall pitch their tents against her round about; they shall feed everyone in his place.
31But your little ones, that you said should be a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which you have rejected.
