11Let a woman in quietness learn in all subjection,
4and ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day may catch you as a thief;
13and at the same time also, they learn `to be' idle, going about the houses; and not only idle, but also tattlers and busybodies, speaking the things they ought not;
34Your women in the assemblies let them be silent, for it hath not been permitted to them to speak, but to be subject, as also the law saith;
40let all things be done decently and in order.
19So, then, the things of peace may we pursue, and the things of building up one another;
35And this for your own profit I say: not that I may cast a noose upon you, but for the seemliness and devotedness to the Lord, undistractedly,
15because, so is the will of God, doing good, to put to silence the ignorance of the foolish men;
2that ye be not quickly shaken in mind, nor be troubled, neither through spirit, neither through word, neither through letters as through us, as that the day of Christ hath arrived;
58so that, my brethren beloved, become ye stedfast, unmovable, abounding in the work of the Lord at all times, knowing that your labour is not vain in the Lord.
