10 For while princes `are' perplexed, And with their drink are drunken, They have been consumed as stubble fully dried.
19 God doth hear and afflict them, And He sitteth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, and fear not God,
11 And it hath strong rods for sceptres of rulers, And high is its stature above thick branches, And it appeareth in its height In the multitude of its thin shoots.
