24till now ye did ask nothing in my name; ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

21and this kind doth not go forth except in prayer and fasting.'
26`In that day, in my name ye will make request, and I do not say to you that I will ask the Father for you,
35And there come near to him James and John, the sons of Zebedee, saying, `Teacher, we wish that whatever we may ask for ourselves, thou mayest do for us;'
36and he said to them, `What do ye wish me to do for you?'
42Again, a second time, having gone away, he prayed, saying, `My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from me except I drink it, Thy will be done;'
