ድሕሪ ዚ ጸሓፊ ንጉሡ ብዚ ግዜ ተጠራዑ፤ ኣብ ሶስተይ ወርሒ ሲያን፣ ብ23 መዓልቲ። እቲ ጽሑፍ እንተ ሞርድካይ ዝኣዘዘ ኩሉ ተጻሒፈ ንይሁዳውያንን፣ ንመራሕቲን ንኣውናትን ንመሪሕቲ ዞባታትን ካብ ሕንድ ክሳብ ኢትዮጵያ ዝርከቡ 127 ዞባታት፤ ለእያ ዞባ እንተ ጽሑፋ ተጻሒፈ፣ ለእያ ሕዝቢ እንተ ቋንቋኡ ተጻሒፈ፣ ንይሁዳውያን ድማ እንተ ጽሑፋኻቸውን እንተ ቋንቋኻቸውን ተጻሒፈ።

    13ንእያ ዞባ እንዲስጥ ዝተዘጋጀ ቅጂ ዕቕብ ጽሑፍ ለእያ ሕዝቢ ተለበየ፤ ይሁዳውያን ድማ ብዚ መዓልቲ ንጠላቃቶም ምብቋም ክገብሩ እንዲኾኑ ተዘጋጅተ ይሁኑ ተብሎ ተነገረ።

    14እነ መልክተኛታት ዝነዱ ብሙልን ግመላትን ብትእዛዝ ንጉሡ ተደንገጱ ተገፊኡ ብቐሊሉ ወጡ። ትእዛዙ ድማ ኣብ ሱሳን ቤት መንግስቲ ተሓትተ።

    15ሞርድካይ ካብ ፊት ንንጉስ ወጻኢ ብልብስ መንግሥታዊ ሰማያዊን ነጭን፣ ኣብ ራስኡ ዓቢ ወርቂ ክርኒ ተኣክሎ፣ ብልብስ ሐር ጥራሕን ሐበርታን ተልቢ፤ ከተማ ሱሳን ተደሰተት ደስ ብላት።

    21እዞም ነገራት ኣብ ኦም ክትትግበሩ ክኸውን ብምዕጋጋም ኣዋጁ፤ ዕለታት ብዓሰርተ-ኣርባዕተን ብዓሰርተ-ሓሙሽተን ወርሒ ኣዳር ዓመት ዓመት ክዕብሩኣት ከሎም ይኹን።

    22እንተዘይ ይሁዳውያን ካብ ጠላታቶም ዝረፉ ዕለታት እዮም እንተኾነ፣ እቲ ወርሒ ሓዘን ንፍስሓ ዝተለወጠ፣ እቲ ዝልቦ ኣክሊል ናብ ዕለት ጥራይ ዝተለወጠ፤ እቲ ዕለታት ቀንዲ መእተዊን ደስታን ክዕብሩኣት፣ ንሓድ ንሓድ ክፍሊ መግቢ ክላኡ፣ ስጦታታት ንደኾር ክሰግዱ።
