እሱ ኣለና፡ “ሰላም ይኹን ላብኹም፣ ኣይትፈሩ። ኣምላኽኹምን ኣምላኽ ኣቦኻትኩምን ሐብቲ ኣብ ጃንዓትኩም ኣሃብኩም፤ ገንዘብኹም እየ ዘበለኒ።” እሞ ስምዖን ኣመጻኣሎም።

    20እንዲ ብሉ፡ “ጌታ ሆይ፣ መጀመርታ ጊዜ ብርግጽ ምግቢ ንሽዓ ናብ ታሕታይ መጻእና።”

    21“ናብ መንጠቆ እንተ መጻእና ድማ ጃንዓትና ክፈትና፣ እዚ እዩ ነገር፤ ገንዘብ እያን እያን ሰብ ኣብ ኣፍ ጃንዑ ነበረ፤ ገንዘብና ብሙሉእ መዘናን። እዚ ድማ እንደገና ብእጃና ኣመጻእነዎ።”

    22“እንተኻ ካልእ ገንዘብ ምግቢ ንሽዓ ብእጃና ኣመጻእና። ገንዘብና ኣብ ጃንዓትና ማን ኣእትዎ እንተ ኾነ ኣይንፈልጥን።”
