ወለዶ ዮሴፍ እንዲህ ብሉ፦ “ተራራው ንናትና የበቃን፤ በሸለቆ ዝነብሩ ኩሉ ከናዓናውያን ሰረገላታት ብረት ኣለዎም፤ ከምኡ’ውን ቤት-ሴዓንን ከተማታቱኣን ዘሎ ሕዝብ እና ሸለቆ ይዝራኤል ዘሎ ሕዝብ እምበር።”

    14ወለዶ ዮሴፍ ኢያሱ እንዲህ ብለይ ተናገሩ፦ “ለምን ሓደ ክፋል እና ሓደ መክፈሊ ውርሲ ብብቃዕ ሰጠኻና፣ እኛ ሕዝብ ብዙሕ ኢና እዩ ስለዚ፣ እግዚኣብሔር ክሳብ ሕጂ ባረከና እዩ።”

    15ኢያሱ መለሰላቶም፦ “እንተ ብዙሕ ኢኹም እዮም፣ ናብ ደናዊ ተራራ ውጹ እዚ፣ ኣብ መሬት ፈሪዛውያንን ራፋይምን ራስኩም ዕንጨት ቆርጡ እና ምድር ንኩሉኹም አድርጉ፤ እንተ ተራራ ኤፍሬም ጭንቀት ብምኽንያት ኣይተበቃኩምን እንሆ።”
