እርሱም ኃይሉንና ጀግንነቱን በታላቅ ሠራዊት በደቡብ ንጉሥ ላይ ያነሣል፤ የደቡብ ንጉሥም በእጅግ ታላቅና ኀያል ሠራዊት ለጦርነት ይነሣለታል፤ ነገር ግን አይቆምም፥ ምክንያቱም ምክሮች በላዩ ይዘጋጃሉ።

    9እንግዲህ የደቡብ ንጉሥ ወደ መንግሥቱ ይመጣ ወደ ራሱ ምድር ይመለሳል።

    10ነገር ግን ወንዶች ልጆቹ ይነሣሉ የታላቅ ኃይሎችንም ብዛት ይሰበስባሉ፤ ከእነርሱ አንዱ እርግጠኛ በመሆን ይመጣ ይጐርፍ ያልፋል፤ ከዚያም ይመለሳል እስከ ምሽጉ ድረስ ይነሣል።

    11የደቡብ ንጉሥም በቁጣ ይነሣ ይወጣማ ከሰሜን ንጉሥ ጋር ይዋጋለታል፤ እርሱም ታላቅ ብዛት ያቆማል፤ ነገር ግን ያ ብዛት በእጁ ይሰጣል።

    12እርሱም ያ ብዙነት ከተወገደ በኋላ ልቡ ይነፋል፤ እጅግ ብዙዎችን በሺዎች ያወድቃል፤ ነገር ግን በዚህ አይጠነክርም።

    13ምክንያቱም የሰሜን ንጉሥ ይመለሳል፤ ከቀድሞው የበለጠ ብዙ ሕዝብን ያቆማል፤ ከአንዳንድ ዓመታት በኋላ በታላቅ ሠራዊትና በብዙ ሀብት በእርግጥ ይመጣል።

    14በእነዚያ ዘመናት ብዙዎች በደቡብ ንጉሥ ላይ ይነሣሉ፤ እንዲሁም ከሕዝብህ ግፈኞች ራእዩን ለማጸናት ራሳቸውን ከፍ ያደርጋሉ፤ ነገር ግን ይወድቃሉ።

    15እንግዲህ የሰሜን ንጉሥ ይመጣል፤ የምሽግ ኮረብታ ይሠራ እጅግ የተመሸጉትን ከተሞች ይይዛል፤ የደቡብ ኃይሎች መቋቋም አይችሉም፥ የተመረጡ ሕዝቡም አይችሉም፥ መቋቋም የሚችል ሃይልም አይኖርም።

    16ነገር ግን በላዩ ላይ የሚመጣው እንደ ፈቃዱ ያደርጋል ከፊቱም የሚቆም አይኖርም፤ በውብ ምድር ይቆማል በእጁም ተጠፍታ ትሆናለች።

    17እንዲሁም መንግሥቱ ሙሉ ኃይል ከእርሱ ጋር ሆኖ ለመግባት ፊቱን ይመልሳል፤ ቅን ሰዎችም ከእርሱ ጋር ይሆናሉ፤ እንዲህ ያደርጋል። ሴት ልጁን ለእርሱ ሰጥቶ ለማታለል ይሞክራል፤ ነገር ግን እርሷ አትደግፈውም ለእርሱም አትሆንለትም።

    18ከዚህ በኋላ ፊቱን ወደ ደሴቶች ይመልሳል ብዙንም ይይዛል፤ ነገር ግን ለራሱ የሚበልጥ አለቃ እርሱ ካመጣው ስድብ ያቆማል፤ ራሱ ስድብ ሳይያገኝ ወደ እርሱ ያመልሳል።

    19ከዚያ ፊቱን ወደ ራሱ ምድር ምሽግ ይመልሳል፤ ነገር ግን ይሰናከላ ይወድቃል አይታወቅም።

    20ከዚያም በቦታው ውስጥ በመንግሥቱ ክብር ውስጥ ግብር ከፋይ ይነሣል፤ ነገር ግን በጥቂት ቀናት ውስጥ ይጠፋል፥ አብረም በቁጣ ወይም በጦርነት አይደለም።

    21በቦታውም ክፉ ሰው ይነሣል፤ ለእርሱ የመንግሥት ክብር አይሰጡትም፤ ነገር ግን በሰላም መጥቶ በማስታመን መንግሥቱን ያገኛል።

    22ከፊቱ እንደ ጎርፍ ኃይል ይጐርፉ ይሰበሩማል፤ እንኳ የቃል ኪዳኑ አለቃ ደግሞ ይሰበራል።

    23ከእርሱ ጋር ስምምነት ከተደረገ በኋላ በሽንገላ ይሠራል፤ ምክንያቱም በትንሽ ሕዝብ ይወጣ ይጠነክራል።

    24በሰላም ወደ ግዛቱ እጅግ ለፋ ቦታዎች እንኳ ይገባል፤ አባቶቹ ያልሠሩትን እንዲሁ የአባቶቻቸው አባቶች ያላደረጉትን ያደርጋል፤ ምርኮንና ዘረፋን ሀብትንም መካከላቸው ይበትናል፤ እንዲሁም ለጊዜ እንኳ በምሽጎች ላይ ዕቅዶቹን ይዘጋጃል።

    40መጨረሻው ጊዜ ሲደርስ የደቡብ ንጉሥ በእርሱ ላይ ይገፋል፤ የሰሜን ንጉሥም እንደ ዐውሎ ነፋስ በሰረገላዎችና በፈረሰኞች እና በብዙ መርከቦች በብርታት በላዩ ላይ ይመጣል፤ አገሮችንም ይገባ ይጐርፍ ያልፋል።

    41ውብ ምድርንም ይገባል፤ አገሮች ብዙ ይወድቃሉ፤ ነገር ግን ኤዶምና ሞዓብ እና የአሞን ልጆች ዋናው ከእጁ ያመለጣሉ።

    42እጁንም በአገሮች ላይ ይዘረጋል፤ የግብፅ ምድርም አትሸሽም።

    43የወርቅና የብር ጓሮዎችን እና የግብፅ ውድ ነገሮች ሁሉን ይገዛል፤ ሊቢያውያንና ኢትዮጵያውያንም ከኋላው ይከተላሉ።

    44ነገር ግን ከምሥራቅና ከሰሜን የሚመጡ ዜናዎች ያያዙታል፤ ስለዚህ በታላቅ ቍጣ ይወጣ ለማጥፋትም ብዙዎችን ፈጽሞ ለማጠፋት ይጓዛል።

    45የቤተመንግሥቱን ድንኳኖች በባሕሮች መካከል በውብ ቅዱስ ተራራ ይተክላል፤ ነገር ግን መጨረሻው ይደርሳል የሚረዳውም የለም።
