Transliteration

And from the yôm that ṣiwwîṯî šōpəṭîm over ʿammî yiśrāʾēl, and wahănîḥōṯî for you from all ʾōyəḇeyḵā. And wəhiggîḏ to you YHWH that bayiṯ will yaʿăśeh for you YHWH.
