Transliteration

And wəśamtî māqôm for ʿammî for yiśrāʾēl and ûnəṭaʿtîw and wəšāḵan under him, and lōʾ yirgaz again, and lōʾ-yôsîpû ḇənê-ʿawlāh to ləʿannôṯô as kaʾăšer at first.
