    4This holy portion of the land will be set aside for the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary who draw near to serve the Lord. It will provide them with a place for their houses and a sanctuary for the sanctuary.

    5An area twenty-five thousand cubits in length and ten thousand cubits in width will be for the Levites, who serve in the temple. It will be their possession, including twenty chambers.

    29This is the land you shall divide as an inheritance for the tribes of Israel, and these shall be their portions, declares the Lord GOD.

    30These are the exits of the city: on the north side, which measures 4,500 cubits,

    31three gates will be there, named after the tribes of Israel: the Gate of Reuben, the Gate of Judah, and the Gate of Levi, one gate for each.

    32On the east side, which measures 4,500 cubits, there will be three gates as well: the Gate of Joseph, the Gate of Benjamin, and the Gate of Dan, one gate for each.
