16 Moses said to Korah, "You and all your followers are to appear before the Lord tomorrow—you, they, and Aaron.
17 Each man is to take his censer, put incense in it, and present it before the Lord—250 censers in all. You and Aaron are also to do the same, each with his censer.
18 So each of them took his censer, put fire and incense in it, and stood with Moses and Aaron at the entrance to the tent of meeting.
19 When Korah had assembled the entire community against them at the entrance to the tent of meeting, the glory of the Lord appeared to the whole assembly.
20 The Lord said to Moses and Aaron,
21 "Separate yourselves from this assembly so I can put an end to them at once."

8 Moses also said to Korah, "Listen now, you sons of Levi!
9 Is it not enough for you that the God of Israel has set you apart from the rest of the Israelite community to bring you near to Himself to do the work of the Lord's tabernacle and to stand before the assembly to minister to them?
10 He has brought you and all your fellow Levites near to Him, but now you are demanding the priesthood as well!
11 Therefore, it is against the Lord that you and all your followers have gathered. Who is Aaron that you should grumble against him?"
5 Then he spoke to Korah and all his followers, saying, "In the morning the Lord will show who belongs to Him, who is holy, and whom He permits to approach Him. The one He chooses, He will bring near to Himself.
1 Korah, son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, along with Dathan, Abiram (sons of Eliab), and On, son of Peleth, from the tribe of Reuben, took action.
12 Then he shall take a censer full of burning coals from the altar before the LORD, and two handfuls of finely ground fragrant incense, and bring them inside the curtain.
13 He is to put the incense on the fire before the LORD, and the cloud of incense will cover the atonement cover above the testimony, so that he will not die.
26 He warned the assembly, "Move away from the tents of these wicked men! Do not touch anything that belongs to them, or you will be swept away because of all their sins."
27 So they moved away from the tents of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram. Dathan and Abiram had come out and were standing with their wives, children, and little ones at the entrances to their tents.
23 Then the Lord said to Moses,
24 "Say to the assembly, 'Move away from the tents of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.'"

32 The earth opened its mouth and swallowed them and their households, along with all of Korah's men and all their possessions.
1 Aaron’s sons Nadab and Abihu each took his own censer, put fire in it, placed incense on it, and offered unauthorized fire before the LORD, which He had not commanded them to do.
17 The LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying,

19 The priest who offers it as a sin offering shall eat it. It must be eaten in a holy place, in the courtyard of the Tent of Meeting.
11 My sons, do not be negligent now, for the LORD has chosen you to stand in His presence, to serve Him, and to minister to Him, and to burn incense.
2 Take Aaron, his sons with him, the garments, the anointing oil, the bull for the sin offering, the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread.
16 This is what the LORD has commanded: 'Each person is to gather as much as they need to eat. Take an omer for each person according to the number of people in your tent.'
8 The priest shall take a handful from the fine flour and oil of the grain offering, along with all the frankincense that is on the offering, and burn it on the altar as a pleasing aroma, a memorial portion to the LORD.
6 Moses said, 'This is what the LORD has commanded you to do so that the glory of the LORD will appear to you.'
15 The anointed priest who is in his place among his sons shall prepare it. It is a perpetual statute to the LORD; it shall be burned completely.
34 Then the LORD said to Moses, 'Take fragrant spices—stacte, onycha, galbanum, and pure frankincense—in equal measures.
6 Take the Levites from among the Israelites and purify them.
4 Moses said to the entire congregation of the Israelites, "This is what the LORD has commanded.
1 Now bring near to you your brother Aaron and his sons from among the Israelites, to serve me as priests—Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron.
37 Do not make any incense with this formula for yourselves; regard it as holy to the LORD.
