Transliteration

And šām niqrāʾ ʾîš bᵉliyyaʿal and šᵉmô šebaʿ ben-bikrî ʾîš yᵉmînî and he tāqaʿ in the šôpār and ʾāmar: ʾên-to us ḥēleq in dāwid, and not naḥălâ-to us in ben-yišay, ʾîš to his ʾōhālâw yiśrāʾēl.
