6Therfore are we allwaye of good cheare, and knowe, that as longe as we dwell here in the body, we are not at home with the LORDE:
7for we walke in faith, and se him not.
8Neuertheles we are of good comforte, and had leuer to be absent from the body, & to be at home with the LORDE.
9Wherfore, whether we be at home or fro home, we endeuoure oure selues to please him.

20But oure conuersacion is in heauen, from whence we loke for the Sauioure Iesu Christ ye LORDE,
21which shal chauge or vyle body, yt it maye be like fashioned vnto his glorious body, acordinge to ye workynge wherby he is able to subdue all thinges vnto himselfe.
4But whan Christ or life shal shewe himselfe, the shal ye also appeare with him in glory.
7But this treasure haue we in earthen vessels, that ye power which excelleth might be of God, and not of vs.
1For as moch then as Christ hath suffred for vs in ye flesh, arme youre selues likewyse with the same mynde. For he which suffreth in the flesh, ceasseth fro synne,
2yt hece forth (as moch tyme as yet remayneth in ye flesh) he shulde not lyue after the lustes of me, but after the wil of God.
8Brethren we wolde not haue you ignoraunt of oure trouble, which happened vnto vs in Asia, for we were greued out off measure passynge strength, so that we euen dispared of life,
9and had concluded in oure selues yt we must nedes dye. But this was done, because we shulde not put oure trust in oure selues, but in God, which rayseth vp the deed to life agayne:
44Yf there be a naturall body, there is a spirituall body also.
7For we broughte nothinge in to the worlde, therfore is it a playne case yt we can cary nothinge out.
8Whan we haue fode and rayment, let vs therwith be content.
17then shal we which lyue and remayne, be caught vp wt them also in the cloudes, to mete the LORDE in the ayre, and so shal we euer be with the LORDE.
18Wherfore comforte youre selues one another with these wordes.
9as vnknowne, and yet knowne: as dyenge, and beholde, we lyue: as chastened, and not kylled:
18But now the glory of ye LORDE apeareth in vs all with open face, and we are chaunged into the same ymage, from one clearnes to another, eue as of the sprete of the LORDE.
14but put ye on the LORDE Iesus Christ, and make not prouysion for ye flesh, to fulfill the lustes of it.

11Wherfore yf the sprete of him, that raysed vp Iesus from the deed, dwell in you, then shal euen he also that raysed vp Christ from the deed, quycke youre mortal bodies, because yt his sprete dwelleth in you.
12Therfore brethre we are now detters, not to the flesh,
4Therfore are we buried wt him by baptyme in to death, that, like as Christ was raysed vp from the deed by the glory of the father, euen so we also shulde walke in a new life.
5For yf we be grafted wt him vnto like death, then shal we be like the resurreccion also:
10which dyed for vs: that whether we wake or slepe, we shulde lyue together with him.
19Yf in this life onely we hope on Christ, then are we of all men the most miserable.
18For I suppose, that the affliccions off this tyme, are not worthy of ye glorye, which shalbe shewed vpon vs.
2Dearly beloued, we are now ye childre of God, and yet hath it not appeared what we shalbe. But we knowe yt when he shal appeare, we shal be like him: for we shal se him as he is.
