1Rebuke not an Elder, but exhort him as a father, and the yonger men as brethren,
17Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in euery worde and good worke.

5Likewise ye yonger, submit your selues vnto the elders, & submit your selues euery man, one to another: decke your selues inwardly in lowlinesse of minde: for God resisteth the proude, and giueth grace to the humble.
10Take, my brethren, the Prophets for an ensample of suffering aduersitie, and of long patience, which haue spoken in the Name of the Lord.
8Be ye also patient therefore and settle your hearts: for ye comming of the Lord draweth nere.
