Be not ye now stiffenecked like your fathers, but giue the hand to the Lorde, and come into his sanctuarie, which he hath sanctified for euer, and serue the Lorde your God, & the fiercenesse of his wrath shall turne away from you.

17But refused to obey, & would not remember thy marueilous works that thou haddest done for them, but hardened their neckes, and had in their heads to returne to their bondage by their rebellion: but thou, O God of mercies, gratious and full of compassion, of long suffring and of great mercie, yet forsookest them not.
6But if ye & your children turne away from mee, and wil not keepe my commaundements, and my statutes (which I haue set before you) but go and serue other gods, and worship them,
7Neither companie with these nations: that is, with them which are left with you, neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to sweare by them, neither serue them nor bowe vnto them:
8But sticke fast vnto the Lord your God, as ye haue done vnto this day.

17And there shall cleaue nothing of ye damned thing to thine hand, that the Lord may turne from the fiercenes of his wrath, and shewe thee mercie, and haue compassion on thee and multiplie thee, as he hath sworne vnto thy fathers:
5Therefore shall ye keepe the charge of the Sanctuarie, and the charge of the altar: so there shall fall no more wrath vpon the children of Israel.

15But if yee will not obey the voyce of the Lorde, but disobey the Lordes mouth, then shall the hand of the Lorde be vpon you, and on your fathers.
13Furthermore, the Lord spake vnto me, saying, I haue seene this people, and beholde, it is a stifnecked people.
19But if ye turne away, and forsake my statutes and my commandements which I haue set before you, and shall goe and serue other gods, and worshippe them,

27Remember thy seruants Abraham, Izhak, & Iaakob: looke not to ye stubburnes of this people, nor to their wickednes, nor to their sinne,

17And so the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and he shut vp the heauen, that there be no raine, and that your lande yeelde not her fruit, and yee perish quickly from the good land, which the Lord giueth you.

7From the dayes of your fathers, ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and haue not kept them: returne vnto me, and I will returne vnto you, saith the Lord of hostes: but ye saide, Wherein shall we returne?
58That he may bow our heartes vnto him, that we may walke in all his waies, and keepe his commandements, and his statutes, and his lawes, which he commanded our fathers.
11Nowe therefore heare me, and deliuer the captiues againe, which ye haue taken prisoners of your brethren: for the fierce wrath of the Lord is toward you.
8Returne thou therefore, and obey the voyce of the Lorde, and do all his commaundements, which I commaund thee this day.

13Therefore nowe amende your wayes and your workes, and heare the voyce of the Lorde your God, that the Lorde may repent him of the plague, that he hath pronounced against you.
23But they obeied not, neither inclined their eares, but made their neckes stiffe and would not heare, nor receiue correction.
20Thou shalt feare the Lord thy God: thou shalt serue him, and thou shalt cleaue vnto him, and shalt sweare by his Name.
