Transliteration

Thus ʾāmar YHWH: Hinənî mēbîʾ rāʿâ upon-the māqôm the this and upon-yôshəbāyw—ʾēt all-the ʾālôt the kətûbôt upon-the sēper which they qārəʾû before melek Yəhûdâ.
