21I speake as concerning the reproche: as though that we had bene weake: but wherein any ma is bold (I speake foolishly) I am bold also.

22To the weake I become as weake, that I may winne the weake: I am made all thinges to all men, that I might by all meanes saue some.

11And brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why doe I yet suffer persecution? Then is the slaunder of the crosse abolished.
3Seeing that ye seeke experience of Christ, that speaketh in mee, which towarde you is not weake, but is mightie in you.
22Doe we prouoke the Lord to anger? are we stronger then he?
9But take heede lest by any meanes this power of yours be an occasion of falling, to them that are weake.
27But I beate downe my body, & bring it into subiection, lest by any meanes after that I haue preached to other, I my selfe should be reproued.
12Be ye as I (for I am euen as you) brethren, I beseech you: ye haue not hurt me at all.
13And ye know, how through infirmitie of the flesh, I preached ye Gospel vnto you at the first.
16I say againe, Let no man thinke that I am foolish, or els take mee euen as a foole, that I also may boast my selfe a litle.
30Hauing the same fight, which ye sawe in me, and nowe heare to be in me.
2That I haue great heauinesse, and continuall sorow in mine heart.
3And I was among you in weakenesse, and in feare, and in much trembling.
4I vse great boldnesse of speach toward you: I reioyce greatly in you: I am filled with comfort, and am exceeding ioyous in all our tribulation.
9This I say, that I may not seeme as it were to feare you with letters.
11Wherefore, whether it were I, or they, so we preach, and so haue ye beleeued.
2And this I require you, that I neede not to be bolde when I am present, with that same confidence, wherewith I thinke to bee bolde against some, which esteeme vs as though wee walked according to the flesh.
9For we are glad when wee are weake, and that ye are strong: this also we wish for, euen your perfection.
10Therefore write I these thinges being absent, least when I am present, I should vse sharpenesse, according to the power which the Lorde hath giuen mee, to edification, and not to destruction.
1It is not expedient for me no doubt to reioyce: for I will come to visions and reuelations of the Lorde.
5And if any hath caused sorowe, the same hath not made mee sorie, but partly (lest I should more charge him ) you all.
3My defence to them that examine mee, is this,
11Persecutions, and afflictions which came vnto me at Antiochia, at Iconium, and at Lystri, which persecutions I suffered: but from them all the Lord deliuered me.
17But the others of loue, knowing that I am set for the defence of the Gospell.
1Am I not an Apostle? am I not free? haue I not seene Iesus Christ our Lord? are ye not my worke in the Lord?
