12For thus saith the Lorde, Thy bruising is incurable, and thy wound is dolorous.
9In that day shall the cities of their strength be as the forsaking of boughes & branches, which they did forsake, because of the children of Israel, and there shall be desolation.
26For the Lord saw the exceeding bitter affliction of Israel, so that there was none shutte vp, nor any left, neyther yet any that could helpe Israel.
14For I will be vnto Ephraim as a lyon, and as a lyons whelpe to the house of Iudah: I, euen I will spoyle, and goe away: I will take away, and none shall rescue it.
7Your land is waste: your cities are burnt with fire: strangers deuoure your lande in your presence, and it is desolate like the ouerthrowe of strangers.
20But as a woman rebelleth against her husband: so haue yee rebelled against me, O house of Israel, sayeth the Lord.
9Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke: among the tribes of Israel haue I caused to knowe the trueth.
13For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying vnto thee, Feare not, I wil helpe thee.
14Feare not, thou worme, Iaakob, and ye men of Israel: I wil helpe thee, sayth the Lord and thy redeemer the holy one of Israel.
3And sayd vnto me, Thou art my seruaunt, Israel, for I will be glorious in thee.
6O ye children of Israel, turne againe, in as much as ye are sunken deepe in rebellion.
17Israel is like scattered sheepe: the lions haue dispersed them: first the King of Asshur hath deuoured him, and last this Nebuchad-nezzar King, of Babel hath broken his bones.
30I haue smitten your children in vaine, they receiued no correction: your owne sworde hath deuoured your Prophets like a destroying lyon.
25This is thy portion, and ye part of thy measures from me, sayth the Lorde, because thou hast forgotten me and trusted in lyes.
40Thou hast broken downe all his walles: thou hast layd his fortresses in ruine.
4And thou shalt rest, and in thee shall be a rest from thine heritage that I gaue thee, and I will cause thee to serue thine enemies in the land, which thou knowest not: for yee haue kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burne for euer.

9Thus sayth the Lord, After this maner will I destroy the pride of Iudah, and the great pride of Ierusalem.
13Therefore also will I make thee sicke in smiting thee, and in making thee desolate, because of thy sinnes.
17But Israel shall be saued in the Lorde, with an euerlasting saluation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded worlde without ende.
