To the chief Musician{H8764)}, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. LORD, thou hast been favourable{H8804)} unto thy land: thou hast brought back{H8804)} the captivity{H8675)} of Jacob.
Thou hast forgiven{H8804)} the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered{H8765)} all their sin. Selah.
Thou hast taken away{H8804)} all thy wrath: thou hast turned{H8689)} thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.
Turn{H8798)} us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease{H8685)}.
Wilt thou be angry{H8799)} with us for ever? wilt thou draw out{H8799)} thine anger to all generations?
Wilt thou not revive{H8762)} us again{H8799)}: that thy people may rejoice{H8799)} in thee?
Shew{H8685)} us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant{H8799)} us thy salvation.
I will hear{H8799)} what God the LORD will speak{H8762)}: for he will speak{H8762)} peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again{H8799)} to folly.
Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell{H8800)} in our land.
Mercy and truth are met together{H8738)}; righteousness and peace have kissed{H8804)} each other.
Truth shall spring out{H8799)} of the earth; and righteousness shall look down{H8738)} from heaven.
Yea, the LORD shall give{H8799)} that which is good; and our land shall yield{H8799)} her increase.
Righteousness shall go{H8762)} before him; and shall set{H8799)} us in the way of his steps.
