20And he left the oxen and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray you, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow you. And he said to him, Go back again, for what have I done to you?
21And he returned from him, and took a yoke of oxen and slaughtered them, and boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave it to the people, and they ate. Then he arose and went after Elijah and ministered to him.
12And Elijah answered and said to them, If I am a man of God, let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.
13And he sent again a captain of a third fifty with his fifty. And the third captain of fifty went up and came and fell on his knees before Elijah, and pleaded with him, and said to him, O man of God, I pray you, let my life, and the life of these fifty servants of yours, be precious in your sight.
14Behold, there came fire down from heaven and burned up the two captains of the former fifties with their fifties; therefore, let my life now be precious in your sight.
15And the angel of the LORD said to Elijah, Go down with him; do not be afraid of him. So he arose and went down with him to the king.
11And now you say, Go, tell your lord, Behold, Elijah is here.
12And it shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from you, that the Spirit of the LORD shall carry you where I know not; and so when I come and tell Ahab, and he cannot find you, he shall slay me: but I your servant have feared the LORD from my youth.
17And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
18And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, Strike this people, I pray, with blindness. And he struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.
31Then he said, God do so and more also to me, if the head of Elisha the son of Shaphat shall remain on him today.

21And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried to the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray, let this child's soul come back to him again.
11But Jehoshaphat said, "Is there not here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of the LORD by him?" And one of the king of Israel's servants answered and said, "Here is Elisha the son of Shaphat, who poured water on the hands of Elijah."

13And he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and bring him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.

4And the king talked with Gehazi the servant of the man of God, saying, "Tell me, I beg you, all the great things that Elisha has done."
19And he said to her, Give me your son. And he took him out of her arms, and carried him up into the loft where he stayed, and laid him upon his own bed.
36And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that you are God in Israel, and that I am your servant, and that I have done all these things at your word.
23And Elijah took the child, and brought him down out of the room into the house, and delivered him to his mother: and Elijah said, See, your son lives.
33He went in therefore, and shut the door upon them two, and prayed to the LORD.
