4And when he looked at him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said to him, Your prayers and your alms have come up for a memorial before God.
5And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter:
6He is staying with one Simon, a tanner, whose house is by the seaside: he will tell you what you ought to do.
25And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him.
26But Peter lifted him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man.
27And as he talked with him, he went in, and found many who had come together.
28And he said to them, You know that it is an unlawful thing for a man who is a Jew to keep company with or come to one of another nation; but God has shown me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
12And the Spirit told me to go with them, doubting nothing. Moreover, these six brothers accompanied me, and we entered the man's house:
13And he showed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said to him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter;
14But Peter, standing with the eleven, lifted up his voice and said to them, 'Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and listen to my words:
20But of all clean birds you may eat.
7And behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the prison. He struck Peter on the side and raised him up, saying, 'Arise quickly!' And his chains fell off his hands.
28And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.
29And he said, Come. And when Peter had come down out of the ship, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.
46For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then Peter answered,
2Speak to the children of Israel, saying, These are the animals which you shall eat among all the animals that are on the earth.
10And whatever does not have fins and scales you may not eat; it is unclean to you.
11Of all clean birds you shall eat.
11And when Peter had come to himself, he said, 'Now I know for certain that the Lord has sent his angel, and has delivered me from the hand of Herod and from all the expectation of the Jewish people.'
27If any of those who do not believe invite you to a meal, and you wish to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no question for conscience' sake.
34Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Truly I perceive that God shows no partiality:
25Whatever is sold in the market, eat, asking no question for conscience' sake:
44While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word.
