    5Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast, the nation of the Cherethites! The word of the LORD is against you; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will destroy you, so there shall be no inhabitant.

    6And the seacoast shall be dwellings and cottages for shepherds, and folds for flocks.

  • 12And the cows took the straight road to Beth Shemesh, and went along the highway, lowing as they went, and did not turn aside to the right hand or to the left; and the lords of the Philistines followed them to the border of Beth Shemesh.

  • 2And Hamath also shall border on it; Tyre and Sidon, though they are very wise.

  • 7Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;

  • 12In that day also he shall come to you from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.

  • 19And what the land is that they dwell in, whether it is good or bad; and what cities they dwell in, whether in tent camps or fortified cities;

  • 20And all the mixed people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines, Ashkelon, Gaza, Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod,

  • 6Then they came to Gilead, and to the land of Tahtim Hodshi; and they came to Dan Jaan, and around to Sidon,

  • 2Who walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!

  • 39And the measuring line shall again extend straight to the hill Gareb, and then shall turn toward Goath.

  • 34Where are the gods of Hamath and Arpad? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim, Hena, and Ivah? Have they delivered Samaria from my hand?

  • 36Why do you go about so much to change your way? you also shall be ashamed of Egypt, as you were ashamed of Assyria.

  • 10Go up upon her walls, and destroy; but do not make a full end: take away her battlements; for they are not the LORD'S.
