The king spoke, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for a royal residence, by the might of my power and for the honor of my majesty?

36 At the same time, my reason returned to me; and for the glory of my kingdom, my honor and brightness returned to me; and my counselors and my lords sought me out; and I was reestablished in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added to me.
37 Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and His ways just; and those that walk in pride He is able to abase.

24 Then the fingers of the hand were sent from Him, and this writing was written.
28 Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent His angel and delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and they have frustrated the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God.
29 Therefore I make a decree, that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap, because there is no other God who can deliver in this way.
13 For he says, By the strength of my hand, I have done it, and by my wisdom; for I am prudent: and I have removed the boundaries of the people, and have robbed their treasures, and I have brought down the inhabitants like a valiant man;
12 But after our fathers had provoked the God of heaven to anger, He gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house and carried the people away to Babylon.
20 The tree that you saw, which grew and was strong, whose height reached unto heaven, and its sight to all the earth,

14 Who says, I will build myself a wide house and large rooms, and cuts him out windows; and it is paneled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.
7 Nebuchadnezzar also took some of the vessels of the house of the LORD to Babylon, and placed them in his temple at Babylon.
