8And the quota of bricks, which they made before, you shall lay upon them; you shall not diminish anything from it: for they are idle; therefore they cry, saying, Let us go and sacrifice to our God.
9Let more work be laid upon the men, so they may labor in it; and let them not regard lying words.
5And it shall come to pass that on the sixth day they shall prepare what they bring in, and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.
16This is the thing which the LORD has commanded: Gather of it every man according to his need, an omer for every person, according to the number of your people; each man take for those who are in his tent.
17And the children of Israel did so, and gathered, some more, some less.
18And when they measured it by omers, he who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack; every man gathered according to his need.
9And they made a proclamation through Judah and Jerusalem, to bring in to the LORD the collection that Moses the servant of God laid upon Israel in the wilderness.
15Moreover there are workmen with you in abundance, stone cutters and workers of stone and timber, and all kinds of skillful men for every kind of work.
22And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for each person; and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.
1And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
3And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said to them, You take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation is holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: why then do you lift yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?
32And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commands: Fill an omer of it to be kept for your generations, that they may see the bread with which I fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.
19And the officers of the children of Israel realized they were in trouble when it was said, You shall not diminish anything from your bricks of your daily task.
6Then the chief of the fathers, and leaders of the tribes of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers of the king's work, offered willingly.
