30And Moses took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood which was on the altar and sprinkled it on Aaron, on his garments, on his sons, and on his sons' garments with him; and he sanctified Aaron, his garments, his sons, and his sons' garments with him.
38Speak to the children of Israel and tell them to make fringes on the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a blue cord on the fringe of the borders:
