15 The LORD said to me, Take for yourself the implements of a foolish shepherd.
16 For behold, I will raise up a shepherd in the land who will not care for those who are cut off, nor seek the young, nor heal the broken, nor feed what stands still. But he will eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their hooves in pieces.
22 Therefore I will save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.
23 And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.

19 And I will bring Israel again to his dwelling place, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan, and his soul shall be satisfied on Mount Ephraim and Gilead.
4 What man among you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it?
7 Therefore I will be to them as a lion: as a leopard by the way I will observe them:
16 And I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear my voice, and there will be one flock, one shepherd.
13 And if he finds it, truly I say to you, he rejoices more over that sheep than over the ninety-nine which did not go astray.
