And the LORD appeared to Abram, and said, To your descendants will I give this land: and there he built an altar to the LORD, who appeared to him.

18On the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, To your descendants have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
7The LORD God of heaven, who took me from my father's house and from the land of my relatives, and who spoke to me and swore to me, saying, 'To your descendants I will give this land,' He will send His angel before you, and you shall take a wife for my son from there.
2And he said, Men, brothers, and fathers, listen; The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he lived in Haran,
3And said to him, Get out of your country, and from your kindred, and come into the land which I will show you.
24And the LORD appeared to him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham your father: fear not, for I am with you, and will bless you, and multiply your descendants for my servant Abraham's sake.
1And the LORD appeared to him in the plains of Mamre, and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day.
1After these things, the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am your shield, and your exceedingly great reward.

3And Abram said, Behold, to me You have given no offspring: and, lo, one born in my house is my heir.
1And when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, I am Almighty God; walk before me and be perfect.
2And I will make my covenant between me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.
3And Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying,
4And give you the blessing of Abraham, to you and to your descendants with you; that you may inherit the land where you are a stranger, which God gave to Abraham.
13Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, 'I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of I will give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.'"
14And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.
3And I took your father Abraham from the other side of the river, and led him through all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his descendants, and gave him Isaac.
