17So the field of Ephron, which was in Machpelah, which was before Mamre, the field and the cave that was in it, and all the trees that were in the field, which were within all its borders, were deeded
18To Abraham as a possession in the presence of the children of Heth, before all who went in at the gate of his city.
19After this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah before Mamre, that is, Hebron in the land of Canaan.
20So the field and the cave that is in it were deeded to Abraham by the sons of Heth as a possession for a burial place.
2And Sarah died in Kirjatharba, which is Hebron in the land of Canaan; and Abraham came to mourn for Sarah and to weep for her.
3And Abraham rose up from before his dead, and spoke to the sons of Heth, saying,
4I am a stranger and a sojourner among you; give me a possession of a burial place with you, that I may bury my dead out of my sight.
5And the children of Heth answered Abraham, saying to him,
6Hear us, my lord: you are a mighty prince among us; in the choice of our sepulchres bury your dead; none of us will withhold from you his sepulchre, that you may bury your dead.
7And Abraham stood up, and bowed himself to the people of the land, to the children of Heth.
29And he charged them, and said to them, I am to be gathered to my people: bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite,
30In the cave that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought with the field of Ephron the Hittite for a possession of a burial place.
31There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah.
32The purchase of the field and of the cave that is therein was from the children of Heth.
9And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron, the son of Zohar the Hittite, which is before Mamre;
10The field which Abraham purchased from the sons of Heth. There Abraham was buried, and Sarah his wife.
13For his sons carried him into the land of Canaan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which Abraham bought with the field for a possession of a burying place from Ephron the Hittite, before Mamre.
15And Abimelech said, Behold, my land is before you: live where it pleases you.
5My father made me swear, saying, Behold, I die: in my grave which I have dug for myself in the land of Canaan, there shall you bury me. Now therefore let me go up, I pray you, and bury my father, and I will come again.
16And were carried over into Shechem, and laid in the tomb that Abraham bought for a sum of money from the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem.
30And he said, For these seven ewe lambs you shall take from my hand, that they may be a witness that I have dug this well.
23Now therefore swear to me by God that you will not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my grandson. But according to the kindness that I have done to you, you shall do to me, and to the land in which you have sojourned.
27And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord, who am but dust and ashes.
30But I will lie with my fathers, and you shall carry me out of Egypt, and bury me in their burying place. And he said, I will do as you have said.
9Is not the whole land before you? separate yourself, I pray you, from me: if you will take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if you depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.
